Small Group Counseling
Small group counseling is helpful for students that are struggling with similar issues. Group topics can include divorce, anxiety, self-esteem, social skills, and usually has 4-5 students that all need a little more support than what classroom counseling can give. Students are referred to a small group from three different sources parent, teacher, and the school-wide universal screener. This program works directly with the student's parent and each parent must agree to small group counseling.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling/Play therapy is one-on-one with the school counselor and the student.
